1. Information IBA Group Collects

IBA Group collects Personal Information and Non-personal Information. Personal Information includes: e-mail and is provided to IBA Group by User through the Website. Non-personal Information may include information that cannot be used to personally identify the User, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring pages and URLs, platform types and the number of clicks. Non-personal Information is used only for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

4. User’s Rights

User may request access to, details and a copy of User’s Personal Information which IBA Group holds by contacting IBA Group through the Website. Any access request may be subject to a fee to meet IBA Group’s costs in providing User with details of Personal Information stored by IBA Group.
If User believes that any User’s Personal Information IBA Group processes is incorrect, incomplete or is processed in contradiction with the law or this Privacy Policy, User may:

• ask IBA Group for explanation;

Personal Information provided by User is used for the purposes of communication. The User agrees that IBA Group may use his/her Personal Information to contact User. IBA Group will use and store the User’s Personal Information for a period of 3 (three months) from the date of collection. Thereafter the User’s Personal Information will be liquidated.
User consents, that IBA Group may share the User’s Personal Information with its affiliates and subcontractors located both within and outside the EU. The aforementioned persons will process the User’s Personal Information under IBA Group’s direction and for the purposes and in a manner set out herein. The User’s Personal Information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

The Website may contain links to other websites. IBA Group has no control over the linked sites. Therefore, IBA Group cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which User provides whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy. User should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

IBA Group is committed to ensuring that the User’s Personal Information is secure. IBA Group has adopted technical and organizational measures in order to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to User’s Personal Information, its alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transmission, other unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse of Personal Information.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although IBA Group will do its best to protect User’s Personal Information, it cannot guarantee the security of User data transmitted through the Website; any provision of Personal Information by User is therefore voluntary and at User’s own risk.
